To deliver customer orders, we utilise the services of multiple carriers. In the event of an unforeseen strike by Royal Mail or similar carrier, you have our assurance that we will not delay your order.

On the product information page, the exact delivery prices are clearly displayed against each product. If you order more than one product, we will charge you only the delivery charge mentioned against the largest product. This essentially means that the smaller products in your order will be shipped for free without any charge.

The delivery time quoted on this website begins from the time when your ordered goods leave the warehouse and NOT from the time you place your order. Kindly bear in mind that on peak days it can take a day or two for our warehouse team to pick and pack the ordered products.

We levy a reasonable charge for delivering the ordered products to the stated shipping address.

All delivery charges stated against product prices on this website cover most UK Mainland address. Customer who place orders to ship the products to Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) (this list is not exhaustive), will have to pay extra delivery charges over and above the delivery charges stated against the ordered products.

If you wish that your ordered products to be delivered on Monday, Saturday or next working day, you will incur additional delivery charges, over and above the delivery charges mentioned against the ordered products. You can confirm the exact extra delivery charges applicable by calling our National Customer Support Centre.

You order will be considered completed and good for delivery only when your payment is credited to us. We will aim to deliver large sized and bulky goods within 7 days and small sized products between 2 to 5 days. This time frame expressly excludes all weekends and public holidays. Due to the occurrence of unforeseen events and all factors beyond our control, we will not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of ordered products, if the delivery is done after the above estimated time frames.

In the case of palletised deliveries, the driver of the vehicle delivering the goods is NOT insured to take the goods inside your property. We will deliver the pallet to the door of the shipping address. We strongly recommend that you arrange for the presence of at least two able bodies persons, who will receive the goods and carry them inside your property.

The delivery times mentioned against the products are calculated strictly in working days, which are Monday to Friday both days inclusive, and expressly exclude all bank holidays. If you place your order after 10.00 am, you must calculate the delivery times as if you have placed your order on the next working day. Our service offer of “next working day delivery” is also subject to this clause.

Upon the successful credit of your payment to us, we will begin processing your order and intimate a suitable estimated delivery date to you. This estimated delivery date will usually be within 2 to 7 working days (excluding all weekends and public holidays) for products that are in stock, and within 15 working days (excluding all weekends and public holidays) for products that have to be specially ordered. Under normal conditions, our selected courier will deliver the ordered goods to the doorstep of the shipping address between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm only. These delivery times will vary in case of busy periods. From time to time, at our sole discretion, we reserve the absolute right to utilise the delivery service of the manufacturer/ supplier, or especially contract a courier for delivering your ordered goods. Our endeavour will be to deliver the goods within the time band intimated to you.

All products that we offer on this website are strictly subject to their availability with us at the time when you place your order. In the case of your ordered products being unavailable, we cannot guarantee that your product will be delivered on the specified delivery date. All such specified delivery dates are only indicative and not final. If the suppliers of the ordered products are themselves out of stock, we will immediately bring this situation to your notice. You have to allow 30 working days (excluding all weekends and public holidays) for despatch of your ordered goods. In the case of exceptional circumstances, this despatch time will extend further.

From the time you document your express acceptance of the goods in law, the said goods will be at your risk.

If you will not be able to accept delivery of your ordered goods on the specified day that our Courier has confirmed and agreed with you, you must immediately notify the said Courier as soon as possible, and a minimum of 24 hours ahead of the planned delivery schedule. In the event of you not inform the said Courier in the specified time frame, and as a result, there is no one present at the specified shipping address to take delivery of the goods on the scheduled and mutually agreed delivery date, we reserve the right to charge you a second delivery fee.

After you have accepted the delivery of the ordered goods at the specified shipping address, it is your sole responsibility to examine the received goods in detail as thoroughly as possible, to check for any possible missing items or parts or any damage of any nature or magnitude whatsoever. Upon accepting the ordered goods, you will be presented with a delivery note, which you have to acknowledge by signing it. By signing this delivery note, you will deemed to have agreed and accepted that:

Upon signing the delivery note and accepting clauses (a) or (b) above, you are deemed to be responsible for the goods in relation to their visible condition, and any loss or damage in relation to this aspect is your own responsibility.

When you sign the delivery note and accept clause (c) above, it is your sole responsibility to furnish all relevant details on the said delivery note, and notify our National Customer Support Centre within the shortest possible time. Following this notification, you will be connected with the relevant division which will arrange for the received goods to be returned and/or exchanged. However, if the goods returned by you under this clause are found by us to be perfect and in full working order, the said goods will be returned to you. You are within your rights to get the returned goods examined independently by a professional body.

After you have received the goods and signed the delivery note, if you notice any damage or discover that parts are missing, you must contact our National Customer Service Centre as soon as possible. If you do not notify us within a minimum reasonable time, we will not accept liability claims for the received goods which are damaged, incorrect, shortage or with missing parts. In case the ordered goods are made of or contain glass, you should thoroughly check them immediately for any breakages. It is mandatory for the courier delivery company to wait while you perform this check. If the courier delivery company does not allow you to perform this check or is not ready to wait while you perform this check, you must immediately reject the delivery of goods and not sign the delivery note.

In the event of our delivery team causing damage to your property, you must accordingly notify our National Customer Support Centre as soon as reasonably practical. If possible, you must notify the delivery team of the damage while they are on your premises and make a detailed mention of the damage on the delivery note.

We will deliver your ordered goods only on normal working days, which excludes all public holidays weekends. If your ordered product cannot be delivered in the displayed time band, will intimate the same to you and allow you the opportunity to either cancel or change your order.

We strongly advise that you do not call a plumber to the shipping address until after you have received and fully checked the goods. In case the ordered goods are damaged in transit or not suitable for reason whatsoever, we will not pay any abortive Plumber’s costs.

For Small/Medium Products

We will mail the consignment number and courier details to the email id which you have registered with us. This will enable you to track the delivery status online.

For Large/Very Large Products (Pallet Delivery)

The courier company will either send you an email or connect with you on the telephone on the number you have provided while placing your order, to intimate you about the consignment details and arrange a mutually suitable time for delivery.

All Deliveries

On the mutually agreed day of delivery to the shipping address, you or someone else has to be present at this address until 7.00 pm to take delivery of the goods and acknowledge their receipt by signing the delivery note. If the delivery is to be made to a communal building, i.e. a block of apartments, you need to be aware that the courier company will not carry heavy loads by themselves. To protect us from possible credit card fraud, the delivery personnel will need to see valid identity identification before they leave the goods.

Depending on what products you order and the shipping address where the ordered products have to be delivered, we decide the courier company from the different courier companies that we work with. Once your order has been despatched, we will intimate all the details of the selected courier service to you. This will also include relevant information to enable you to track the delivery status online in real time. We will also intimate all contact details of the courier company which will deliver your order.
